LOVING THE SOUTH

I now live in Texas, after being in Louisiana for a year, and absolutely love getting to know “the south”. Being in Maryland most of my life gave me an appreciation of all things seafood, hiking, the outdoors, and of course a strong base of family and friends. Starting over in a new city, and state, thousands of miles away from comfort has forced me to really look at what is important in life and my teaching of yoga. I’ve learned that a physical location does not define you, but rather, the company you keep can play a role in shaping us. Knowing that wherever I go in life there is a supporting community of yoga, brings me ease of mind and as the saying goes, “trust in the process.”

See you on the mat!
