A Little Overview of Jen
I recently moved to Texas to find a vibrant and extensive yoga community. I’m happy to share my expertise in this new area and look forward to building my private practice and public group yoga classes again.
Email is best form of contact, so drop me a line here! (jen @ jenallenyoga.com)
RYT 500HR, E-RYT 200HR, C-IAYT, MS. Yoga Therapy
Whether it’s for yoga therapy or thai yoga assisted stretching, I am available to book appointments and accepting new clients.
Currently, I am not on a regular schedule at any of the local yoga studios or gyms. I hope to change this in the near future and offer many of my styles of yoga classes to the public.
Having pain in the body that doesn’t seem to go away? Try one of my Thai Yoga Assisted Stretching Sessions! They are relaxing, yet energizing.
Online Yoga Tutorials
If you don’t have time to make it to one of my classes in person, try learning online with me! In addition to a paid subscription, I also offer free yoga content on youtube.
This is something in the works and I am happy to partner with various businesses to bring my latest review on yoga products such as mats, sprays, apparel, and more!
I’m SO excited to announce that I will be providing online yoga instruction and group virtual classes in the near future! Email me for more info or join my mailing list to know when I go live.
LOVING THE SOUTH
I now live in Texas, after being in Louisiana for a year, and absolutely love getting to know “the south”. Being in Maryland most of my life gave me an appreciation of all things seafood, hiking, the outdoors, and of course a strong base of family and friends. Starting over in a new city, and state, thousands of miles away from comfort has forced me to really look at what is important in life and my teaching of yoga. I’ve learned that a physical location does not define you, but rather, the company you keep can play a role in shaping us. Knowing that wherever I go in life there is a supporting community of yoga, brings me ease of mind and as the saying goes, “trust in the process.”
See you on the mat!
