My yoga classes encourage you to experience yoga with attention to awareness of the body, breath, and movement. Drawing upon my experience and extensive yoga training (500 E-RYT, M.S. Yoga Therapy, multiple workshops, retreats, etc.), I present a well-rounded yoga class that practitioners of all levels can attend and enjoy!

As a LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) I focus on the balance brought to the body through massage. My styles of massage include: swedish, sports, hot stone, trigger point, and Thai massage.
