This has helped her understand the powerful use of yoga as not just a recovery tool of the physical body but of the mental ability to persevere and heal from within along with the therapeutic benefits of a daily yoga practice. Her goals with teaching others yoga is to bring students joy, growth, and understanding in their experiences, especially for beginners, to the yoga practice. This can be through assisting her clients in their recovery, introducing them to a new physical, and mental practice, or assisting continued growth within their own respective practices.
